Here at Ribbons & Bows we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should  you want to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Notice must be given in writing, your reason for return and description, prior to sending back the item. This can be done via facebook or email.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery.
