Postage & Delivery

 

Ribbons & Bows is a secure shopping site and accepts payment via Paypal. A Paypal account is not needed to purchase.

Just follow the on screen inscructions and if you have any problems please get in touch. Please note that we are unable to send an order out until payment has been received and has cleared.

Telephone Payments

If you wish to make a pament by telephone, you can do so using our secure debit/credit card machine. Please contact us between the hours of 10am - 4pm on 01724 844399. Alternatively you may contact us at [email protected] or can order from us via our facebook page.

 

POSTAGE

Our delivery charge is £3.oo postage

At Ribbons & Bows, we want to deliver your purchases in the quickest and safest possible way. Products will normally be shipped within 24 hours unless specified.

Products ordered on a weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday

Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail or Courier &  some will require a signiture upon your receipt.

Items should be with you within 2-5 working days unless specified. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail or Courier service.

 

Non Delivered Goods

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address from the customer and requires the item to be posted again will be charged postage at buyers expense or refunded minus the postage cost.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right  to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
